Justice Forral is an American activist and community organizer based in Spokane, Washington. They serve as the Director of Operations for Spokane Community Against Racism (SCAR) and are a Commissioner of the Washington State Tenants Union.Their work focuses on immigrant rights, civil rights, police accountability, and community building.

Protests and legal proceedings

On September 26th, 2020, Forral was arrested for Obstructing Law Enforcement Officer. Justice Forral's charges were dropped in the "interest of justice".

On June 11, 2025, Forral was arrested during protests against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Spokane, which sought the release of two detained individuals.They were charged with six counts of felony unlawful imprisonment and pleaded not guilty. Their trial was initially scheduled for September 15, 2025.

Three days later, Forral was arrested again on a warrant for third-degree assault, accused of knocking a deputy’s hat from their head. Spokane City Council member Paul Dillon criticized the timing of the arrest, suggesting it may have been politically motivated.

On July 15, 2025, the U.S. Department of Justice announced a federal indictment against Forral and others, charging them with conspiracy to impede or injure officers. The indictment alleges that Forral participated in blocking a transport bus, deflating its tires, and placing objects to prevent its movement.
