Garden with me at Bishop's Haven 1-3 PM. We'll garden a lot and because I'm passionate about Permaculture, I'll talk about what I'm building. Projects this fall will be weeding, planting garlic, moving plants, building my compost bin, and trying backyard biochar. Wear clothes suitable for gardening (1) · The event involved participants carrying a symbolic coffin and paper tombstones marked "R.I.P." for programs and agencies perceived to face cuts or elimination, such as Medicaid, Apple Health, child care, elder care, health research, fish protection, veterans’ services, PBS, human rights initiatives (1) · The Spokane Human Rights Commission meets the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m (1)
